  • To achieve customer satisfaction rating of a least 75%.
  • To achieve minimum of 100 manhours annually as per identified trainings in Annual Training Plan.
  • To complete all projects within the targeted completion dates.
  • Minimum customer complaints received – less than 3 per projects.
  • To achieve 10% success rate for all tendered projects per year.
  • To achieve 500,000 manhours per project without loss time injury
